New Year, New You: Eliminate Facial Wrinkles With The Liquid Face Lift
Beverly Hills, CA – January 8, 2009 – 2009’s latest advancement in anti-aging aesthetic procedures is… a liquid? That’s right, you no longer need to go under the knife to look younger. 2009 is all about the Liquid Face Lift. No more scarring, bruising, or long recovery periods.
Dr. Sam Assassa, a non-surgical cosmetic physician in Beverly Hills, is now offering the Liquid Face Lift to his clients. The Liquid Face Lift combines advanced dermal fillers such as, Botox® to create an aesthetic treatment unlike any other non-invasive face lift procedure.
“Liquid Face Lift procedures generally take around an hour and patients can return to most normal routines the next day,” said Dr. Assassa. “You get the results of a traditional face lift, minus the pain, expense and inconvenience.”
The procedure is done at Dr. Assassa’s Beverly Hills cosmetic surgery office and multiple techniques employed to create the perfect look. First, Botox is used to soften fine wrinkles around the eyes, lift the eyebrows and relax the forehead, then dermal fillers contour and sculpt the face, which completes the Liquid Face Lift. This combination effectively eliminates facial wrinkles and tightens up loose skin, especially around the jaw and cheek area.
Beverly Hills Aesthetics specializes in non-surgical aesthetics, specifically focusing on a variety of non-invasive face lift techniques. The highly trained staff and state-of-the-art facilities make for a comfortable and professional experience for all patients.
“We are highly specialized in the area of non-surgical face lift procedures. I am one of the first aesthetic surgeons to bring the Liquid Face Lift to Beverly Hills,” said Dr. Assassa. “The combination of Botox and advanced dermal fillers has delivered results that surpass the results of the top experts in the field of facial rejuvenation.”

When The Beach Boys forever immortalized the ladies of California for their beauty in song they were definitely on to something. How do women constantly surrounded by sun, wind, ozone pollution, and seawater keep their skin looking young and fresh?
By making skincare a part of their daily routine of course.
Follow these steps towards getting younger looking skin and everyone will be singing your praises in no time.
- Make your moisturizer do double-duty. Invest in a moisturizer that includes a sunscreen. That way,
your skin will look amazing and you’ll keep wrinkles away.
- Anti-oxidant power! Using a makeup that includes anti-oxidant ingredients can help keep free radicals from bombarding skin and causing signs of aging.
- Lip balm is a must. Getting Jolie-esqe lips isn’t only possible through injectable fillers. Using a lip balm that contains sunscreen can help keep lips plump and moist, and reduce fine lines that appear around the mouth.
- Stay hydrated! There really is no substitute for water when it comes to anti-aging beauty secrets. The skin is your body’s largest organ and requires water to keep it healthy and supple.
- Cleanse every night, no matter what. Tired? Doesn’t matter. Wash your face every night with a gentle exfoliating cleanser to get environmental pollutants, makeup, and dead skin cells off.
- Every now and then, pamper yourself! Invest in a great aesthetic peel or facial. There are qualified non-invasive aesthetic surgeons in every state that perform these services.
For all those California beauties out there - give Dr. Assassa a call 866-Dr90210.

Whether you call it dimples, cottage cheese, orange peel skin, or something equally as strange, cellulite is a not-so-strange and often common symptom for millions of men and women.
What is Cellulite?
Cellulite is a condition due to congestion in the lymphatic channel which creates fibrous tissue that connects the skin to the underlying tissue. These fibrous strands tether the skin to the deep tissue, with fat lying in-between. As the fat cells accumulate, they push up against the skin, while the connective tissue pulls down. This causes cellulite and creates that familiar skin dimpling appearance dreaded by women and men everywhere.
Cellulite is caused by multiple factors: hormonal, dietary, and genetics. As if you didn’t have enough to blame on your genes already! So, it doesn’t matter how thin you are. If one or both of your parents have cellulite, it is likely you will be prone to it as well.
With hundreds of cellulite creams and cellulite removal procedures in the marketplace, it’s difficult to know what works and what does not. Besides dedicated diet and exercise, there are only a select few remedies that can actually remove cellulite.
Cellulite Prevention and Treatment
Aside from maintaining a healthy weight through diet and exercise, there are few treatments available that have been proven to reduce cellulite.
Beverly Hills Aesthetic Surgeon, Dr. Sam Assassa practices several cellulite treatments including, MesoCellulite, a proven treatment to rid his patients of cellulite. MesoCellulite combines microinjection with lymphatic massage to safely and effectively remove cellulite. With each cellulite treatment, the fiber strands that separate the body’s fat cells begin to melt down, resulting in a reduced appearance of dimpling.

Pharmawire is a news wire service dedicated to reporting the latest news in the pharmaceutical industry. Beverly Hills Aesthetics’ Dr. Assassa was featured on Pharmawire to lend his expert opinion to the discussion on Allergan’s Botox Cosmetic and its newest competitor Medicis’ Phase III Reloxin.
Pharmawire’s feature on Botox discussed the growth potential in the cosmetic market, despite recent economic downturns. It explained that while individuals who have never used Botox might delay initiating introductory appointments but those who are already using fillers will continue to do so.
Dr. Assassa agreed with this assessment, stating that patients are extending the time between injections, but not forgoing them entirely.
Dr. Assassa added to this by stating, “It would be nice to see the [Botox] monopoly broken up. I think it will be good for the consumer.”
Additionally, with the negative rumours surrounding Botox usage, one can help but wonder if this effects patient’s decisions to continue their treatments.
Dr. Assassa gives his opinion stating, “It’s something that’s an eye-opener, but nothing to be concerned about at this point. Botox has been around in this country since 1989. If there’s any safety issue, I think it becomes negligible. It’s a drop of water in the ocean.”
It is important to recognize that each of these products, Botox and Reloxin have their individual benefits and that the physician will choose which product is best fit for each patient, depending on their needs. While Reloxin consists of the same botulinum type A toxin used in Botox, Reloxin will be packaged differently and have differences in purification and dilution.
